A More Indepth Mushroom Pork Chops

   Salt and pepper the pork chops, putting extra along the fat (unless you don't like fat, then just trim it off).

   Melt some butter in a frying pan and set on high heat, brown each chop for about 3minutes on each side, and set aside.

   In a saucepan, mix in the sour cream and thickened cream and milk and garlic and the mushrooms, let boil for half an hour, constantly stirring.

   After half an hour, lower to a simmer and get a masher and lightly mash the mushrooms in the saucepan, it releases any juices that didn't want to escape.

   Salt and pepper to taste.

   Place pork chops in a baking dish and coat with the saucy mixture.

   Put the lid on, or cover tightly in al-foil, and put in an oven at 190 degrees Celcius for an hour.

   Serve with some vegies :-).
