A Flavor Of Home: Meat and Miso

   Mix all the ingredients together.

   No oil is needed in the frying pan.

   Stir fry the ground pork, until it's crumbly and cooked through.

   Add the combined ingredients and stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes.

   Beat the egg and add it to the pan, and stir rapidly.

   Use the bowl you used in Step 1 to save on washing up time.

   When the egg is cooked through, drizzle in the soy sauce, mix in and it's done!

   Enjoy on top of hot rice.

   I made a 2-color soboro bento with the meat-miso and iri tamago (finely scrambled egg).

    I put butter, the meat-miso, and cheese on a slice of bread and toasted it in a toaster oven.

    You can use mayonnaise instead of cheese.
