   First - Preheat the oven to 325u00b0 F. Line your cookie sheets with parchment paper. Melt together the butter and chocolate chips.

   Then, Combine the sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix in the chocolate and butter mixture.

   Finally, Add in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well then scoop onto your baking sheet! Be sure to leave enough space between the cookies because they will spread! Bake them for about 12 minutes, or until they looked cracked on top but still slightly gooey.
