A Bloody Good Time

   Mix 1 1/2 ounces Maldon salt and 1 tablespoon blood orange puree.

   Spread mixture flat onto a saucer and let dry for at least an hour.

   Rim a cocktail glass with blood orange salt.

   In a mixing glass, combine tequila, Triple Sec, lime juice and ice.

   Shake and strain into the rimmed cocktail glass.

   Slowly drip the blood orange puree down the side of the glass for a bloody effect.
