45 Second Egg

   Begin toasting your bagel or bread

   Place a pat of butter, or cooking spray, in a ceramic coffee mug

   Crack egg into coffee mug and season with salt and pepper (and whatever else you prefer).

   Note: you may leave the egg whole or whisk it, your preference

5. 5

   Place coffee mug in microwave for 45 seconds (up to 60 seconds if you prefer hard yolk)

6. 6

   Place cheese slice onto toast and top with finished egg.

7. 7

   Egg should slide right out of the mug!
