   Combine flour and sugar in large bowl.

   In a saucepan, combine and bring to a boil the butter, water, shortening and cocoa.

   Pour over flour and sugar mixture.

   Combine buttermilk and soda; beat eggs slightly and mix with buttermilk and soda.

   Add vanilla.

   Add to the other mixture.

   Pour into a 12 x 18-inch greased and floured pan and bake 20 minutes at 400u00b0.
