20 Cloves Roasted Chicken

   Preheat oven to 350F.

   Rinse chicken; pat dry with paper towel.

   Mince 2 cloves of the garlic; add to dressing.

   Place chicken in roasting pan; brush with dressing mixture.

   Refrigerate 15 min.

   Bake 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through (180F), basting with pan juices after 30 min.
